Our St. James Choir is a great bunch of folks who love to praise the Lord through song. The choir sings every Sunday morning, except during the summer months. They also sing at special services, share a cantata at Christmas time, and share a special service of music in June. The choir is led by our Director of Music, Judy Maggs. (music@stjamesniagara.org)

Come and sing with us! The choir would love to have some new faces and voices. There are no auditions, and you don't have to be able to read music, though it helps. The only requirements are a love of singing and a desire to praise the Lord. (Teens are welcome to join us!) Folks are friendly, rehearsals are fun, and it's a great way to praise God! (Even if you are unable to be there every Sunday, you're welcome to sing with us when you can.)

We meet for rehearsal every Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:15 pm from September through June. Sunday warm-ups are at 10:40 am, right before the worship service.

During the summer months. the choir takes a break and our special music is provided by soloists or small groups - either vocal or instrumental. If you would like to provide music for a summer service, please contact Judy.

Looking for something special to which you can donate? We have just been blessed with a new Rogers organ, which we were able to purchases at a greatly reduced price. Our organ fund and extra donations covered quite a bit of it, but the remainder has been paid for by an interest free loan offered by a church family.
